Pasta alla puttanesca | The Vegan Corner

This delicious spaghetti is cooked with garlic, black olives, and capers! It’s a very simple dish, and it only takes a little over 10 min to make! Buon appetito!

INGREDIENTS:
Pasta
⅔ cup tomato passata
2⅓ cup water
½ tsp salt
1 clove garlic
6 black olives
1 tbsp capers, chopped
20 leaves parsley

*To obtain a deeper flavor, try to substitute the water with vegetable stock, and to get an even creamier result, use oat milk instead.
