Kids are extremely open-minded, so explaining veganism to them would probably resonate with them very well and sound completely reasonable right off the bat. Kids also love animals wholeheartedly and are quite loving naturally, so turning your kids vegan shouldn’t be a difficult task at all. A vegan diet is also extremely beneficial to their health; they will get all of the necessary vital nutrients via dark leafy greens and fresh fruit. Sugar, saturated fat, cholesterol, etc. will be less of a problem with vegan food! Don’t worry about calcium, b12, and protein because there are vegan alternatives that will supply those important nutrients! Just do your research!
